PMC ENGINEER - 3257

Location Qatar Basic: Ł55-64K (+ Location uplifts) Contract, Project Hire Duration 6 months minimum Start a.s.a.p Our Client, an International Petrochem & Oil & Gas Industry Contractor, has asked us to recruit a PMC ENGINEER (CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER) to work on their Major GTL Project in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have significant Instrumentation & Control Engineering experience including P&ID development and control scheme design, alarm management / philosophies, Trip & Alarm schedule generation, C&E generation, control narratives generation, HAZOP attendance. Previous site experience. Petrochem / oil / gas Process Plant experience Degree qualified Instrumentation Engineer FAT / SAT experience. And previous Commissioning experience ROLE: The GTL PMC teams handling the Storage / blending / jetty complex job site, require an additional engineer to work on the following aspects:- Jetty Area Invensys / Honeywell queries and jetty installation queries Technical queries from Construction & Commissioning teams Intertrip schedule technical review test planning. Creation / review of Commissioning functional test procedures. Alarm classification exercise. Tankage & blending area Review Contractor technical documentation Check technical compliance on site to project specs and standards Systems integration / communications Invensys / Honeywell Creation / review Commissioning functional test procedures The position offers the opportunity to address the full range of Floating roof, pressurized storage, fiscal metering, analysis and ship loading plant

SNR SUBCONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS (YEMEN OR QATAR)

Contract, Project Hire Duration 12 months Salary Ł36 - Ł42 (+ uplifts) Start a.s.a.p Our Client, an International Petrochem & Oil & Gas Industry Contractor, requires Senior Subcontract Administrators to work on a Major GTL Utilities Project. One based in Qatar & one in the Yemen. Role involving Re-measurement of large packaged equipment quantities and establishment of new unit rates where appropriate. Assisting with the day to day post award contract administration of a very large civil / mechanical construction contract. Essential Skills · Quantity Surveyor · Significant proven experience · Mechanical Contracts Re-measurement · Industry Related Experience · Administration of Unit Rate Contracts · Able to Work with Minimal Supervision · Software: Excel; Microsoft Word Candidates must have Subcontracts / Procurement knowledge & appropriate industry experience Preferably (although not essential) with a Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying Project Hire, Salary Basic Ł36 - Ł42K plus generous location uplifts (details available on request). PROCESS CONTROL ENG (WITH CSS EXPERIENCE) - 3249

Location Qatar Basic Ł40 - Ł48K (+ Location uplifts) Contract, Project Hire Duration 6 months minimum Start a.s.a.p Our Client, an International Petrochem & Oil & Gas Industry Contractor, requires a PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER WITH COMMISSIONING EXPERIENCE to work on their Major GTL Project in Qatar. A Control Systems Engineer, with commissioning experience, who will be reporting to the CSS Manager on site QUALIFICATIONS:- · Previous Process Control Engineering experience including P&ID development and control scheme design, alarm management / philosophies, Trip & Alarm schedule generation, C&E generation, control narratives generation, HAZOP attendance. · Site Commissioning experience required · Petrochem / oil / gas Process Plant experience · Degree qualified Chemical or Instrumentation Engineer ROLE:- The GTL Commissioning team handling the Utilities complex at job site, require an additional engineer to help prepare technical Functional testing specification documentation. This documentation will be used to support the commissioning and the selected Engineer will work in the field / control room directing the functional testing as part of a team of Commissioning Engineers. Detail control knowledge and experience is required to work in this area, so as to be able to incorporate and correctly interpret Engineering data and equipment vendor document data. The position offers the opportunity to address the full range of utilities plant including water preparation, treatment, steam generation, power generation using steam and gas turbines, waste heat boiler generation. Contract for minimum 6 months Basic rate negotiable depending on experience (Ł40 - Ł48K) plus generous location uplifts
